Gilbert and Chandler Rehab Projects – Completed Project Summaries

Assessing a Home for Rehab RequirementsOur clients are constantly wanting to see the results of our work to see if we can do work for them. We have assembled some of projects to show before and after pictures, descriptions of the projects, and profit analysis sheets. If you have any questions about any of these projects please contact us.

  • 1917 Bellview – This property was purchased from the Foreclosure Trustee sale. This home is a little above the average price range for Mesa, but the remodel was amazing and we attracted quite a few buyers and multiple offers within the first two weeks of listing it for sale. It is a 1,792 square foot home with a very useful layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our complete renovation of this home included: paint, carpet, tile, counter tops, drywall repair, painting the cabinets, lighting, some plumbing, light and outlet switches, landscaping and faucet fixtures. Total work time from start to finish was approximately 3.5 weeks. Net profits for our investors was approximately $21k profit on this home.
  • 937 Blackbird – We picked up an ugly home from the MLS in a great area of Gilbert that is in need of some rehab work! It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a pool and an open 1,326 square foot floor plan. We did a complete renovation of the home including: paint, carpet, tile, countertops, cabinets, lighting, some plumbing, light and outlet switches, landscaping and faucet fixtures.  This home took us about 3.5 weeks of working time to complete.  Our investors pocketed around $24k profit on this home.
  • 1664 Gary – We picked up this dated home from the MLS in a great area of Chandler that needed a lot of rehab work! It’s a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with a diving pool and a large 1,941 square foot floor plan. Our complete renovation of this home included: paint, carpet, tile, countertops, cabinets, lighting, some plumbing, light and outlet switches, landscaping and faucet fixtures.  Total work time from start to finish was approximately 3.5 weeks.  Net profits for our investors was $21k profit on this home.
  • 13319 Chicago – This property was purchased from the Foreclosure Trustee sale.  It was in great median price range in an area of Chandler that we knew would sell quickly! It is a 1,400 square foot home with a very useful layout but only had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a den – so we converted the den into a third bedroom. Our complete renovation of this home included: paint, carpet, tile, countertops, cabinets, lighting, some plumbing, light and outlet switches, landscaping and faucet fixtures.  Total work time from start to finish was approximately 2.5 weeks.  Net profits for our investors was a little under $21k profit on this home.
